This poster of a sunbather on Dunes Beach and was created for publicity of the South Shore Line. It was part of a series of colorful posters depicting places along the route, especially the Dunes and the Dunes State Park. These posters were exhibited in stations and on "L" platforms in Chicago, enticing viewers to beautiful spots along the South Shore Line. The poster art covered topics such as the four seasons, football games, destinations, and general views of northern Indiana.
