It’s a book authored by “a mingling of rustics (locals) and artists,” those whose families have been here for generations and those who have only recently made what they expect will be a life-altering pilgrimage, a new life away from the hustle, bustle, and chaos of the city. It is a book of their stories, of how they came to live in Brown County, why the county is so special to them, and how their lives today build upon the rich heritage of its past.
